Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Shoulder puppets there is a 8 week lead time once your puppet is ready we will send

you pictures and a video. If we are all happy the rest of the payment is due before

we send out your new companion.

Arm puppets there is a 8 week lead time once your puppet is ready we will send

you pictures and a video, If we are all happy the rest of the payment is due before

we send out your new companion.

Handheld puppets once your payment is made the lead time is 7 days once your

puppet is ready we will send you pictures and a video. If we are all happy we will send out your new companion.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom - Shoulder puppets - Royal mail tracked and signed (next day delivery)

United Kingdom - Handheld puppets - Royal mail first class sign for (1-2 business days)

United States - All puppets - Royal mail International tracked and signed (5- 7 Business days)

Other Countries - Royal mail international tracked and signed (5-7 Business days)

We will do our best to meet these dispatch times, but we cannot make any guarantee.

We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs.

Refund policy

Once you have received your order we hope you are very happy and satisfied with your new puppet companion.

We only accept returns if the puppet is damaged or broken in the post.

If your puppet has been damaged in the post then please contact us within 3 working days.

Our puppets must be returned in the original packaging, with a photograph of the damage

and returned within 7 days.

We will do our best to fix the problems and return your puppet within 2 weeks.

We don't except exchanges

Cancellations

if you would like to cancel your order for any reason then you will loose the £100 non refundable deposit.

Placing your order

Shoulder puppets we require a £100 non - refundable deposit upfront payment

There is a 8 week lead time until your puppet goes in to production.

We will add your shoulder puppet commission to the que once we have received your deposit.

Once your puppet commission order is ready, we require full payment including postage to be paid before your order is shipped.

Handheld puppets we require full payment upfront once we have received your payment, we will make your handheld puppet just for you!
